Just a quick post tonight guys. Just got back from my second Acro Yoga class and live it even more than I did the first class.
Alice Milner, who also owns the Funky Monkey studioin Bath, is a fantastic Yoga and Acro teacher! Can’t really ask for anyone better.
If you feel that you’d be “too heavy” to do the team stuff, don’t be silly and get on it!
The group stuff is really fun and very good for core work and whole body strength.
I’m totally and utterly addicted to this.
It’s a great way to do a low impact workout on fast days too!
NTR: Make sure you keep hydrated throughout and eat something substantial before you go!
